Weaponry/Special Abilities:
+Energon Repair Ray: A slim, rifle-like weapon that Minerva uses that has a dual-purpose. Primarily, it is for healing bots and making quick repairs using a beam that fires nanomachines. The target then has a short three minutes of accelerated healing process, allowing her to close major wounds or heal minor ones in a shorter time. However, this rifle has a secondary function in which case the nanomachines can have a switched function of eating away armor rather than healing in the same amount of time. But, it is a feature she rarely uses.
+Thermo Energy Longswords: Though not particularly equipped for combat, Minerva has taken a liberty to learn to defend herself when needed or makes use of her swords to clear through certain disasters when ordinary equipment will not work.
+SCOUT: Known as the Smart Cybertronian Overhead Univeral Tactician, Minerva deploys three of these drones in order to scout out disaster areas or helping with her medical work. These drones have been modified to be equipped with thermal and x-ray scanners to get an in-depth analysis of an individual or location, giving real-time live feed to a retractable visor, acting as locater beacons, and equipped to handle delicate medical work, such as checking wounds, keeping track of vitals, minor repair work, and equipment storage. Effectively, they act as miniature helpers akin to the femme helper drones her mentor uses.
+Energy Transfer Field: In her chest plate just below her spark chamber, Minerva has a generator connected to her spark that allows her to generate a field invisible to the naked eye in which she can sap the energy from a source or being via physical contact to transfer and store to herself. She can likewise use this field to transfer said energy to another person, either by being in contact with one source to another or simply from her own being to another. Prolonged contact does have the potential to drain someone into paralysis or stasis lock. This has since been changed to her own physical being serving as the conduit via her TO spark and stems from her TO ability.
+Grapple Hook: As part of search and rescue, Minerva is equipped with a grapple hook that has both four hooks to snare into spaces or a flat magnet area in the middle to latch onto places or individuals. With reinforced steel cables, the device can extend to up to a hundred feet and is capable of holding someone as large as Bulkhead. A unique feature of hers is that Minerva can detach it from her right arm and lock it into place if the environment allows her so or to be able to have a secondary individual hold it.
+Energon Force Field: In her left arm, Minerva has a generator that can create a domed Force field extending to about thirty feet on all sides. This field can either be a personal defense or extend around others, protecting her or everyone within from most attacks but can be strained be heavy artillery or continuous attacks.
+Powermaster: Minerva has recently undergone an experimental process of separating her consciousness into a cloned TO body of her original form and that of her cybertronian body. But, she invented a code that enabled her to keep a copy of her brain pattern within her larger body to have a psychic connection, making it serve as an extension of herself. This allows her to operate either separately as a cohesive duo or combine with her larger body as the true “soul” of her Cybertronian body and operate as the normally would in either body.

Personality: Minerva is the type of femme that is rather easy-going yet full of attitude. First, she is quite social and out-going, willing to speak with everyone about anything or meet new people. She thoroughly enjoys being able to know and understand individuals, especially the many types of personalities that make everyone different. To her, it is a better way to understand the minds of those she helps and her patients, allowing her to be more personable and understanding if the many feelings and personalities she encounters on a daily basis. This reflects her observational skills and need to prove she is as capable as any veteran medics, especially considering her previous halfling status.
But, Minerva is also a fun-loving, humorous femme with a sassy attitude. She loves cracking jokes and shows a bit of dry humor around friends and patients, attempting to always keep things at ease. She is in fact one of the most friendliest, laidback people someone could meet and tends to be quite humble and compassionate around everyone. No matter the faction, if someone needs her help she is there to act quickly and is exceptionally determined and dedicated to everything she does. Minerva is also the type of person who knows how to be vocal and hold her own, being unmoving in her decisions and will look past rules and regulations if she must to get a job done or take reckless risks to save those in need despite some of her own fears and anxieties.
Bright and talented, Minerva’s life has made her prepared to also be adaptable to various social situations and to keep a calm head under pressure. Even if she is feeling anxious, exhausted, upset, etc. she puts up a facade for those she is taking care of and bears the weight of her own emotions until the job is done in which case she is more likely to hide away to get herself in check. Anger and aggression are also quite rare for Minerva, who rather is against the need for unnecessary violence and conflict, finding such actions solve nothing unless truly a last resort. But one should not underestimate this young medic, with a fiery passion, iron will, and fierce loyalty and dedication she will do everything in her power to get the job done or hold her ground.
History:
Minerva is one of the earliest known techno-organics on record, born sometime after the very first known TO who still lives today. Her father was a wealthy Japanese business man, owner of Yusuku Dai Incorporated, who moved to Faxian in pursuit of newer business opportunities, who by some odd fate met a Search and Rescue bot stationed there. Having met on a blind date through mutual contacts, the two hit off rather well and overtime eventually married and had Minerva via the TO program.
Despite a relatively wealthy lifestyle, Minerva grew up with a doting father who somewhat spoiled her, even giving her what she wanted or the best education and opportunities available, and a loving but somewhat strict mother. The different styles of her parents made her well-rounded to navigate the business and upper class world but grounded enough to know humility and have a kind heart. For the most part, her life was as normal as it could be in a human-Cybertronian integrated world, having known Faxian for the entirety of her young life. It was also where she eventually dreamed of someday becoming a rescuer like her mother but also a doctor, studying many long hours and days for that day with the support and encouragement of her family.
By twenty, Minerva was able to take on her Cybertronian state and control it exceptionally well, and had enrolled into the Rescue Bots Academy, having left Faxian for the mainland training center central to the Rescue Bots program. Here she was partnered with the medic and rescuer Tune-Up, someone who already had been at this for five years prior to her joining and became quite close, almost sisters in their view. Three years of hard training, Minerva graduated as a full licensed Search and Rescue officer, seeming to have her whole life ahead of her. Tragically, this was not to be as shortly after graduating her and Tune-Up were assigned to a natural disaster situation in Japan.
During the course of a particularly bad monsoon season, Minerva and Tune-Up were assigned to help with evacuation and relief efforts. While trying to evacuate a building for safety reasons, the two were caught up in a landslide that struck through the town swiftly, tearing through homes and buildings like an avalanche and catching the two off guard. In the ensuing disaster, Minerva had much of her body crushed as her minibot partner was submerged for quite a bit of time under rock and muck. By the time it stopped and the two were able to be rescued they were one of the many casualties that day, forcing Minerva to make a risky and dangerous decision at the behest of her dying partner.
Not wanting to see the girl die so young, Tune-Up used her final days to arrange an illegal cortical psychic patch procedure that Minerva and her mother agreed to with some reluctance. Two years of preparation, well after Tune-Up had passed, Minerva underwent the procedure, her mind being transferring to a new protoform that underwent a binary bonding process using CNA from her mother and partner and a little donated spark energy to keep her spark strong and compatiable with a full Cybertronian body. The transfer was rough but surprising success, causing Minerva to thank her late partner and decide to completely alter her identity to avoid legal repercussions.
Sixty-seven years later Minerva has managed to slowly rebuild her life, taking about six years to re-earn her Search and Rescue license and another thirty pushing herself to become a medic under the guidance of Knock Out. As his protege, Minerva learned the ins and outs of the Cybertronian anatomy as much as she did humans, finding a natural inclination for the job and becoming a quick study. She came to trust Knock Out enough she considered him a dear friend (with a crush she has hidden for years) and being one of the few bots she ever told the truth about her identity. Now, some years since, Minerva was drawn to Cybertron to expand her knowledge and offer her services, having quickly made a name for herself as a new talented rookie medic and her somewhat reckless style to handle disasters as a rescuer.
