Weaponry/Special Abilities:
Twin Rotor-Blades: In robot mode, Springer's rotor blades from his vehicle mode become twin single-sided broad swords made of cybertanium.
Shoulder-mounted Rocket Launcher: Springer has a rocket launcher mounted on his right shoulder and one folded down behind his left. Each launcher has a set of six explosive rounds, having enough power to tear through a few layers of steel sheet plating and has a heat-seeking feature. These launchers can be used in both robot and vehicle modes.
A-4 Pulsar Cannon: A powerful weapon that makes use of powerful, explosive energy something similar to a grenade launcher. This energy can be used against one or a group of individuals, being able to attach to an individual or various spots that can be denoted on contact or remotely. Multiple orbs of this energy can also be laid out across a wide range, creating something akin to a mind field and offering a level or protection.
Car Armor: Springer’s armor is heavily modified to be extremely durable for someone his size, making him almost akin to a moving battering ram. His armor is thicker and somewhat heavier than normal, making him capable of taking quite a bit of damage, including taking heavy artillery damage. This makes him capable of forcing his way through certain barricades and going into heavy fire, or even be something of a transport for allies.
Triple Changer: During the war, Springer went through an experimental upgrade to become a triple changer that the Autobots were able to steal from the Decepticons. Thus, he is capable of conquering land and sky compared to most of his comrades,
Energy Shield: Located in his left arm, Springer has a small generator that can create a type of energy force field that can withstand energy-based and physical attacks. This shield is capable of altering shape and expanding to protect at least three people in total.

Personality: To most, Springer could be considered a model soldier and a “knight in shining armor” sort. He has become greatly known as not only as a talented, skilled solider but much more. He is a highly dedicated and self-confident individual, being the type that does all his tasks to the best of his ability and beyond, and can boast the skills that pay the bills without the need for exaggeration or arrogance. Heroic, courageous, and out-going, Springer isn’t afraid to jump into action or danger, never blinking and never shrinking away in the face of the most dire of situations. Through thick and thin he will lay down his life or test his mettle, being deeply and fiercely loyal to a fault and always the social sort.
However, Springer’s attitude comes with its faults. His bravery easily falls into downright reckless, going to the extremes for his fellow Wreckers, allies, and even enemies who might be in danger. He knows little fear and when he does have it tends to put up a facade to hide it. Springer does have a temper and tends to get irritated or frustrated at times when things go wrong, especially if it means he doesn’t feel like he’s done his best. In the heat of battle, Springer can also be merciful and merciless, being rather unrelenting and harsh, which he also shows towards traitors or those who bad mouth his faction. He knows the Autobots aren’t perfect, especially with his time as a Wrecker, but he knows a few bad apples don’t make up the whole faction.
Still, Springer is all around the ideal fantasy hero. Heroic, laid-back, and strong of will with some anger and recklessness, this green mech is certainly not one to take lightly. Many have praised and grimaced at his name, and many have noted his potential for leadership, a position Springer rarely shows interest in.
History: Springer’s true origins are a mystery even to him, only recalling awakening one day in the Elite Guard barracks. All that he knows is that he was cold-constructed and had been damaged in an accident, an incident he doesn’t recollect. But, eager start anew and find a new purpose, he was given the chance to train and eventually join the Elite Guard to whom he owed his life as far as he knew.
In the waning days of the Golden Age, Springer found it increasingly difficult to support Zeta Prime’s policies and orders, sickened that him and the High Council were cracking down on the caste system and doing nothing to the Decepticon movement that was gaining traction. Eventually, the young mech was one of those Guardsmen who was forced to leave his post to handle skirmishes in other nearby city-states, finding himself near the borders of Uraya and Kaon in the midst of a battle between some Decepticons and what remained of the original Wreckers. Fearlessly charginging into battle to give them aid, Springer found himself saving the life of the previous leader, Impactor, killing a Decepticon to end a killing blow. When the skirmish was over, the impressed Impactor approached Springer with an initial offer to join them but was declined.
Returning to Iacon, Springer was there when the war broke out and all hell broke loose across Cybertron. Under Zeta, Springer was assigned to a team led by the older veteran Kup where he would meet his best friend Hot Rod, the two becoming fast friends from the moment they met. During his tenure under Kup, Springer’s fighting skills were refined and he saw much combat that only added to his experiences under his belt, fighting fiercely for his faction and often risking life and limb in the war. Over time, the mech grew a rapid reputation as both reliable, heroic, and reckless well into when Optimus took over as Prime and to the Exodus. Before then, Springer was once again approached by the Wreckers, indicating his style of fighting was better suited to their lack of rules attitude and willingness to take missions no one else would.
Though hesitant, the green mech eventually agreed and bid farewell to his mentor and best friend, promising someday to see the two again. From then on, Springer was part of the many dangerous, life-risking Black Ops. missions the Wreckers took, watching many of his brothers die and others join like clock work, eventually rising to the rank of right-hand to Impactor. Over time, Cybertron became a wasteland and was abandoned, but him and many other Wreckers remained to combat Shockwave and his forces, sadly watching the eventual death of his second mentor figure, Impactor, and soon the team was joined by the famous Ultra Magnus to take his place. Unlike most of the Wreckers, Springer adapted to the blue mech’s more military style and welcomed his new leader with a bit more open arms before the team was forced to leave and spread across the universe.
From time to time, Springer would find himself drifting from place to place, joining small bands of Autobots before leaving in search of Kup, Hot Rod, and the rest of their old crew or any living Wreckers. But, he receiving the unfortunate news that many had been slain, including the death of Seaspray at Dreadwing’s hands leading him on a wild chase across the universe until he crashed on the planet of Nebulos. Stranded for a time, Springer was forced to adapt to life on Nebulos, befriending some of the locals there who offered to repair his ship in return for protection, of which he gladly offered from a mad scientist there and his followers. Becoming known as the Champion of Nebulos, Springer became rather comfortable on the planet and even after having the chance to leave settled there as a new home for years.
But, it wasn’t meant to last. Shortly after the defeat of Unicron once and for all and the end of the Decepticon movement, he received the call that Cybertron was habitable and free. Though conflicted, Springer bid farewell to his friends on Nebulos and traveled the stars to Cybertron where he was welcomed back and reunited with Bulkhead, Wheeljack, and Ultra Magnus and learned of their new human allies. From there, he played a role in helping to rebuild Cybertron but became blacklisted by the new Council, forcing him to hide and fight those loyal to the “High Council” while on the run until the Freedom Fighters and the Bee Team worked their magic, allowing Springer to return to the public eye as a Wrecker once again. Under the team, Springer helped round up unruly Bots and Cons, helped bring down splinter cells, crime lords, and the like, including in bringing in Deathsaurus and his crew, and became good friends with Miko and later Dylan Prime.
Overtime, Springer felt there was no need for the Wreckers as they once were and decided to retire some time ago to the Cybertron Military working in their Black Ops division. But he still likes to make time to see his old Wrecker buddies and war buddies when he can.
