Airwatcher:
————————————
Name: Airwatcher
Nicknames: Air, Airmen, Flier, Pilot,
Age: (In human years) 20
Faction: Autobot
Rank: Corporal
Alternate Form: Ninja Kowasaki bike
Primary Residence: Vos
———————————
Weaponry/Special Abilities: Parachutes: Airwatcher was a part of a paratrooper/air assault division, and always has a few parachutes stashed behind the folds of his back plating. Thrusters: Fleet-footed for a ground-bound, Airwatcher sports two powerful jets upon his back, which aid in lengthening jumps, or steering him if he must glide with his parachutes. These thrusters do not function like a full fledged jet pack and cannot grant their user flight. Pilot: Airwatcher serves as an excellent pilot, despite the fact that he is a grounder. He’s outmatched many with his skills when it comes to flying.
Moves: Airwatcher is what older soldiers would call “a high-speed”, and befittingly Airwatcher is capable of a plethora of skillful acrobatics.
---Weapons:
*Custom Subsonic repeaters: Both arms can transform into these rapid firing weapons. Both have an EMp setting, which exits as a singular shot rather than a quick succession of munition.
*Twin Claymores: hand-held energy blades meant for close combat.
Holoform:
Any Team Affiliations: Autobot 179th Airborne battalion.
Notable Partners:
Virtex: The mentor and trainer of Airwatcher. The femme taught the mech everything he knows about combat and survival.
Catanes the Bladesmen: It is not coincidence that Catanes and Airwatcher share the same silent crooked smile.

Family: (Formerly): --
-Diamond
-Halberd
-Orthodox
Significant Other: None
Likes:
Flying/Piloting: Airwatcher’s passion is the skies, hence his name. He couldn’t want to be a seeker more than any grounder. He Finds flying and a sky-diving liberating thrill to express himself.
Humor: Airwatcher loves jokes, and is prone to crack them from time to time. His quirky habits often cause him to make smart aleck comments. It is his joy to lightly torment his authorities with his wise-cracks.
Guidelines: It seems Airwatcher can’t decide if he loves them or hates them, but when the chips are down he prefers order over chaos.
Friends/Family: Typically Airwatcher is more loyal to people than ideals. He demonstrates this through his loyalty to his loved ones.
Observing: Airwatcher would’ve made an ideal scout, but his addiction to flight-related occupations sentenced him from such labors. He indulges in people watching, finding cybertronian or human interaction as nothing short of fascinating, if not beautiful. He likes nature walks, and star-gazing.
Dislikes: (At least five) Caves: The restrictions of tight spaces freaks Airwatcher out. To him deep caverns are suffocating. The thought of somehow dying alone in the layers of a planets catacombs is haunting.
Interacting: Airwatcher has charisma, but he often finds himself surprisingly shy when it comes to talking. He often thinks he’s making himself a fool.
Walking: Unless he’s nature walking, simply using his legs for transportation is nothing short of a chore for him. He doesn’t appreciate facing the reality that at times one must go ‘slow’ to get the job done. At times walking is like a curse: he can’t fly without any vehicles, and is forever doomed to a life without his own set of wings. Thus, he tolerates being a ground-bound.
Combat: Airwatcher can fend for himself efficiently but deep down he learned and survived through the war out of necessity. Otherwise Airwatcher prefers settling debates through talk, and or competitions he know he has a chance of winning.
Factions: Airwatcher empathizes with neutrals to a degree that’d make most of his superiors frown. Airwatcher believes that “faction” is a fancy way of saying “divided”. To him, everyone could get along fine if everyone could just put their heads together. Soldiers who are fueled by grudges sometimes get on Airwatcher’s nerves.
Personality:
Airwatcher learned from a young age that he wasn’t in complete control of anything save for his attitude. As a result the mech adapted by sustaining himself with humor as a coping mechanism for himself. While he’s been able to steer his life in (what he considers) a healthy direction, Airwatcher wishes hard he was a seeker. He values their independence and their ability to rocket off to wherever. Airwatcher thus expressed himself through becoming a pilot, and becoming a paratrooper. Free-falling became his metaphor for himself: Plummeting was a breathtaking experience that challenged gravity. While each jump he always played along with the rules of gravity, he could always alter where and how he landed.
Meanwhile, his primary occupation as a pilot permitted him to relate to the seekers he longed to be associated with. To Airwatcher, the best speed was full speed. However the mech recognizes that there is a time and place for accelerating, like a treat.
History:
A sparkling gazed from the window of an entitled home within the upper crust of Crystal City. He was one of the first born in his house, provided with any toys his whims desired. Yet no trinket mirrored the magic of the sky, and the beauty of flight. Despite how much he expressed his desire to fly, his parents tried to sate his yearning with how lucky he was to be a two-wheeler in a alternate form based cast system. His proud ground-based lineage prohibited any wild dreams of flight, and the sparkling knew his inheritance cursed him to a tedious life of desk work. This fact which was repeatedly presented to him along with his family’s pride made flying only sound more liberating. With little to no siblings to accompany him at the time, and no parent constantly present in the home, it didn’t take the sparkling long to make up his mind to run away.
Unsheltered in the streets and far away from home, the sparkling was found by a militant ex-autobot who’d dedicated herself to reforming Cybertron—which had resulted in the death of his loved ones. The femme gladly took the sparkling under her wing. The femme was a machine with many faces, and inspired the sparkling with several trades. Ultimately the femme raised the sparkling and named him Airwatcher after how much the lad longed for flight. Airwatcher began a message-delivery business, deciding that the rising tension within Cybertron required a communication on a secretive yet effective level. Through sneaking in the shadows of streets Airwatcher made lucrative pay through providing private messages between black market clients.
As he proved an effective worker he soon found himself enough money for his first ship, and used it as a tool to double the quality and pace of of his efforts, becoming renowned in any criminal empire for being a reliable and fast method for message carrying. Eventually Airwatcher worked for high ranking senate members, and for the Autobot and Decepticons. As a result of his business Airwatcher afforded expensive and impressive implants as well impossible upgrades for his ship The Sliver Kyte. In order to keep himself from being chased, killed or hunted Airwatcher kept himself in the skies as much as humanly possible…a choice that damaged his ventilation system due his grounder body not designed for insanely high altitudes. As the war progressed Airwatcher viewed both Autobot and Decepticons as equally as treacherous. Their secrets were both just as horrendous, and their goals for dealing massive blows of destruction to each other made them no less distinguishable.
One night he found himself tailed by a Decepticon special forces squad. The grueling chase resulted in Airwatcher’s ship becoming a wreck, and the Decepticons successfully capturing Airwatcher. To their chagrin the two-wheeler was the only thing on the ship that contained any of the secrets they sought. Thus the Decepticons offered him a deal: He could join their cause, or be tortured for information for the rest of his existence. At this point Airwatcher harbored nothing but a healthy distaste for both factions, but his disgust for Decepticons turned to hatred. Thus Airwatcher was escorted to Garrus-9.
On his way to the planet the Special forces troops interrogated him thoroughly, and in the process damaged his ventilation system beyond repair. Just hours before the ship of Airwatcher’s imprisonment landed on Garrus Nine a lone Cyber-Ninja came to his rescue.
The fight was ten on one, but the Cyber Ninja was like a spirit; untouchable, powerful and agile beyond comprehension. The fight was brutal but swift, and the Cyber Ninja flew Airwatcher back to his Autobot Head Quarters for repair.
It was here Airwatcher was fitted with a velocity tuned breathing mask that aided his ventilation system. Unsurprisngly the Cyber Ninja knew who Airwatcher was, and calmly showed the mech how much use he could be to the Autobots. The Cyber Ninja knew people and could get Airwatcher into airborne slots and piloting. The two-wheeler couldn’t refuse the offer, and soon bore the Autobot insignia.
Ages past as Airwatcher contributed himself to the Autobot cause, and gladly flew home with his brethren upon hearing the war was over—-
