Sierra really should have been home right now after school, having chores that needed to be handled before her mother would be home soon. But, there was far too much she had to share with the family friend Arcee. Stuff maybe she could shed some light on in the wake of her recent discoveries.
Arcee had once been the Autobot companion to her late great uncle Jack, and had become a normal sight among their family thanks to the Darbys. She hoped a meeting with the two wheeler might help her better understand Cybertronians and get a better feeling for her burgeoning Cybertronian half that was making itself known. By no means did she really understand how it worked or when it might reveal itself, but she was determined to know more of her heritage of what it meant to be Cybertronian before that happened. Maybe it might even make the transition smoother if she understood the basics of transforming to some extent.
So, that was what Sierra had decided to do, taking a detour towards the edge of town. Along the way she dodged around the busy streets of humans and Cybertronians alike, getting some annoyed looks along the way of which she tried to apologize. But she was also trying to be early as possible to meet the motorcycle femme, occasionally glancing at her watch to see the time. “Just a few more blocks.” She muttered to herself, squeezing by a group rudely taking up most of the sidewalk before sprinting the last few blocks. At least around the edges of town the crowds weren’t nearly as bad, giving her room to speed up the process until she reached one of the end buildings, panting heavily from the rush.
“Whew, wonder if this was easier back in the first Jasper.” She breathed out as she leaned against the side of the building for a moment to catch her breathe. Now, all she had to do was wait.
