+Null-Rays: A weapon of Starscream's own design, these weapons use high voltages of electricity to great effect. Their effects ranged to being able to do concussive damage, blasting someone such as Optimus off his feet or leaving a gaping hole in the defenses of the enemy. Secondly, the effects could cause total paralysis or offline a bot who was hit with enough blasts and the blasts could cause a malfunction in machinery or fry it to a crisp.
+Neutron Assault Rifle: Starscream makes use of a modified three-barrel version of the rifle, using ammo that is armor-piercing and releases sonic booms to affect the equilibrium of a target. Semi-automatic, this weapon serves the purpose in giving Starscream time to incapacitate an enemy to get in close or give him time to get away.
+Dual Hand-held Thermo Longswords: Having once used these during the days on Cybertron during the war, Starscream has since taken them back up after escaping jail during the breakout. But, he has taken these weapons back which are standard shaped longswords with thermal energy to slice through most materials thanks to the heat, which glows a dark purple.
+Early Warning System: Starscream has also since upgraded his systems to have an improved scanner system that detects targets far earlier than he once had. The range extends to about a mile, giving him real-time updates and tracking a target to give him a better advantage in preparation and planning.
+Sky-Tech Armor: Having reformatted into his old body model, Starscream has also made modifications to his body to be capable of taking greater punishment against attacks and anti-aircraft weaponry with ceramic coating that makes him somewhat resistant to heat of up to 3000 degrees.

Personality: In another life, Starscream was far different than what the war would make him, his tendencies and quirks being less prominent.
But, war changes people. Since joining the Decepticons, Starscream has developed a great lust for power and prestige, desiring a need to be one of the greatest individuals on Cybertron to the point he even held the dream of taking Zeta Prime's position. A hunger for power has made him antagonistic, especially towards the likes of Megatron or rival lieutenants who hold the capability to take a leadership role causing him to become a schemer and manipulative to those around him. He cares little for others beyond himself and prefers to put his cunning towards his own agendas. His once conniving ways and cowardice generally cover up these traits unfortunately, causing many to view Starscream as little more than a coward playing up his true role in life, a mere follower.
However, beneath the surface Starscream has potential, blinded and overshadowed by his need to be on top. The problem is much of that has been recently erased and overrode by his latest attempts with the Weaponizer minicons. Now, Starscream is more so a stubborn and head strong amnesiac who is trying to patch the blanks in his memory banks. Surprisingly, Starscream shows a sharp tongue, sharp wit, and sarcastic sassiness that he lost over the course of the war but still retains his great intelligence, analytic skills, and great perseverance. If anything, the need to survive has remained and his intellectual curiosity has returned anew, allowing him to be free of the constraints he once was bound by for the most part but still holds a deep desire for power and still retains a manipulative, silver tongue.
What his future holds now remains to be seen, but despite the frustration of possibly never recalling everything he's been through Starescream does view this as a clean slate to make a new identity.
Long before Starscream would become a Decepticon, he was a citizen of Vos. In fact, he came from the most elite of families, practically royalty among fliers of the time and came from a long line of the most elite Seekers, a position he still maintains even today. Like many before him, Starscream joined the Cybertronain Air Force, quickly working his way up the ranks through sheer skill and manipulation to the title of Air Commander where he led his own fleet and met his trinemates, Thundercracked and Skywarp. Though he found competent fliers in his battalion, very few matched Starscream in terms of skill such as these two despite them being of a lower-class than himself.
Nevertheless, he would work with the two for centuries to come, including after a couple million years Starscream was muscles out of his position and demoted to a General position. Infuriated by this, Starscream organized a retaliation with his closest associates against the one he felt toppled everything he had worked for. Though they did not kill the mech, they succeeded in severely damaging the rival Seeker, causing Starscream and those who worked with him to be dishonorably discharged. Fed up with the military life, Starscream decided to put his focus towards another passion he once had: science. Here, the young Seeker would find a passion for discovery and research, coming to work closely with fellow flier, Jetfire, whom he came to consider an incredibly close friend outside his trine. The two worked closely on many projects, including the discovery of the fabled dark energon. So curious was Starscream that he became one of the leading scientists on the subject and was assigned to the Trypticon Station where it lie in high security but ancient storage chambers and was once produced.
Unfortunately, his services here would be tested once war eventually fell on Cybertron. Having not expected the war to reach the station itself, Starscream was rather surprised when the Decepticons invaded. That day, everything changed for Starscream who became intrigued by Megatron’s power and indomitable will which would lead him down a long, bloody path. Many events that befell Cybertron Starscream was personally a part of such as the dark energon production and empowerment of some of the Decepticons, the attack on Iacon, poisoning of their home, raising Trypticon from his ancient resting place as the station, and the final, waning battles up the to planet’s exodus. However, the day Megatron disappeared the first time, Starscream took command of the Decepticons and continued the fight on their home planet, ensuring the capture and execution of Autobots and personally interrogating some such as Cliffjumper, whom he would kill later, and Arcee. But his ventures would take him to Earth where he came face-to-face with Team Prime and wage many more battles and testing of loyalties.
During his tenure on Earth, Starscream’s loyalties swayed and nearly got him killed, but eventually he came to realize his place under Megatron’s grand schemes once faced with a trial of sorts via the cortical psychic patch. Project Predacon and the final battle against Unicron on Cybertron were some of his last hurrahs before he was forced to go under the grid once faced with the Predacons who sought revenge against him for their mistreatment. After many months of a cat-and-mouse game, Starscream stumbles upon a weapon cache, a switch of which he happened to step upon seemingly killing or scaring off the beasts. Once certain he was safe, the former second in command searched further in what remained of the Decepticon citadel, coming across the weaponizer minicons intended to grant the user great power and a discontinued project of Megatron’s. Thrilled at this prospect, Starscream’s need to conquer the galaxy was renewed, taking steps to strengthen himself before releasing the minicons, intending to use their combined power for his gain.
Unfortunately, the minicons escaped his grasp, forcing the Seeker to pursue them along with a small group of mercenaries he personally hired. Eventually, he caught up with them and came across Team Bee, starting a chain of events that nearly allowed Starscream to succeed once he gained the power of six of the minicons plus the Dark Star Saber in his possession. The final battle though eventually turned in the favor of the ragtag team once Optimus got the upper hand, forcing Starscream into the path of a beam that separated the minicons from his body but with severe physical and mental backlash that caused him to go comatose. Since then, the former Air Commander has been imprisoned at the Kaon Prison Complex in its medical wing under strict watch and supervision for the past hundred years until the recent breakout. Jarred awake from the commotion, an amnesiac Starscream used the chaos to slip out, taking out a few guards before they could give away his position and has been on the run ever since unable to remember much in the past few million years.
Now, all he recalls is joining the Decepticons and shortly after doing so everything else is a blank and confusing to him. Cybertron is at peace and has organic beings roaming around that he only vaguely recalls compared to the war that had engulfed the world. Alone and confused, Starscream now must struggle to find out his past or get his bearings to carve a new life in the wake of his recent freedom.
