Jake was probably going to cause a huge hiccup at base.
Unlike the previous attempt at keeping their high profile witness on base... Well Jake had finally found a way to outsmart the Autobots and get out of his protective prison. So what if it was dangerous for the kid who had pretty much handed over the plans of a slave ring conspiracy running around town? Jake has been in Iacon a month now and hardly seen any of it!
So he’d borrowed an old skateboard lying around (probably from Dylan’s old stash) and decided to make a go of the town.
It wasn’t quite every Autobot in town looking for him either. Thankfully, though they’d sent a few out - Jake had mostly managed to evade almost all of them. Leave it to the kid who grew up on the streets of Kaon to figure out the narrow alleyways and different shortcuts in Iacon easily.
Not to worry though, he may annoy them a little he figured. But he’d be back before dinner.
Kicking up the skateboard once he’d reached his destination: Optimus Prime’s park Jake settles on taking it all in. It was rather quiet today, only a stray few families and a couple of Bots were around. But Jake didn’t mind, he’d just wanted to finally see the monument to the mech he admired more than any other Bot in person.
And it was glorious.
If not a little inaccurate to how he looked now. But he also had to bare in mind of course that this was before his return in the second fight on Earth. So he figured it was moreso a representation of him during the war. “Now that’s fragging cool,” Jake said without really lowering his voice. “I wonder how long it took them to make this thing?”
@prowl (Figured sending Bots on a wild goose chase would be trouble enough. Lol)
